MSP Valuations is operated by Evergreen ("we," "us," or "our"), a technology services holding company headquartered in San Francisco, California, United States.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit mspvaluations.com or use our valuation calculator. It applies to all visitors, including MSP owners exploring a potential sale, researchers, and anyone using our resources library.

When you complete our valuation calculator, we collect:
- Business financial information: trailing twelve-month revenue, EBITDA, growth rate, recurring revenue percentage, customer count, churn, and customer concentration metrics
- Geographic information: the region where your business is headquartered
- Contact information: your full name, email address, and company name
When you book a call with our M&A team, we collect additional scheduling information provided through our booking system.
If you email us, subscribe to updates, or otherwise reach out, we collect any information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your visit, including:

- Evergreen team members: Your valuation submission is reviewed by Evergreen's M&A team.

These providers process your information on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Evergreen, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: If Evergreen is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Given our permanent capital structure, we do not anticipate this for the Evergreen partnership itself, but this provision applies to our subsidiaries and operating companies.
How long we keep your information
We retain the information you submit through the valuation calculator for as long as reasonably needed to support our M&A process, improve our tools, and comply with legal obligations. Analytics and cookie data is typically retained for up to 26 months.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@evergreensg.com.
Data security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we collect. This includes secure transmission (HTTPS), restricted access controls, and encrypted storage where appropriate. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Evergreen is based in the United States, and our service providers may be located in various countries. If you are visiting from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border data transfers.

Children's privacy
MSP Valuations is intended for business owners and other adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our site contains links to third-party websites (such as Evergreen's corporate site, LinkedIn, Google, and our booking system). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
